One of our strategic investment themes is the hotel industry. Here, we focus on the budget segment in very central locations. With the CAB20 project, we have very successfully opened up a new segment in the established hotel market. This is a business opportunity that we have prepared and pursued for a long time. Outside the current business logic, which essentially leaves a gap between hostels and classic budget hotels and produces innovations mostly in the upscale segment, we want to establish a concept that takes space productivity and customer experience to a new level.The first house is located in Hamburg, St. Georg.
